What to expect when you start therapy

My goal is to help you develop a safe inner world—one rooted in compassion and understanding for both yourself and others.

Together, we’ll work on your ability to hold multiple perspectives, embody what health looks like for you, and strengthen your self-trust and confidence in your capabilities.

This includes exploring the old stories you’ve carried, examining whether they still serve you, and consciously choosing new, more accurate ones. You’ll be supported in taking responsibility and accountability for your life—because this is your one life to live.

I use a range of approaches including talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), parts work, and neuroscience-informed practices.

Ultimately, the aim is for you to feel fully alive and aligned with your values, and to honestly ask: is your life filled with the people, experiences, and work you truly want? And if not, how can we begin to change that?
